Ah, summer love. It’s just the best. Especially when it’s the kind of love you’ve seen unfold for about 8 years. That’s how long I’ve know Jen & Jerry. They started dating around the time I met my husband and I’ve been waiting for the day they would become husband & wife.
These two took their engagement session & made it absolutely true to them. Jerry & Jen showed me around the absolutely stunning metro parks in Youngstown, Ohio where we spent some time near the river he visited growing up. There was a lot of reminiscing and a whole lot of beautiful land to explore.
Engaged friends: Allow for your photo session to be true to your story. These two are living in Jerry’s grandfather’s home so we made it a point to grab some photos in the space where his grandparents began their family. We wrapped up the night by letting the tailgates down on their trucks, cracking a couple of Miller Lites (which I found out they ALWAYS have on hand) and enjoying a quiet, beautiful summer evening in Ohio.
