Unique doesn’t even begin to describe the beautiful love story that is Natalie & Alex. Their energy is dynamic, it pulls you in, and it had me wiping tears away from my sweaty face on their September wedding day. They are both total wordsmiths and you will see it in the pictures that their vows had everyone drying their eyes. From meeting in medical school and weathering the long distances, changes in jobs and wrenches thrown at them: they made it to this gorgeous day where they said quite possibly the most poetic vows of all time under the sassafras tree at Spice Acres, a farm nestled in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. With their closest family and friends wrapped around them they were able to enjoy every moment of the day at a slower, sweeter pace.
From the start of the day Natalie had her closest folks with her at the Kimpton Schofield in downtown Cleveland to get gussied up. And while her dress screamed classic romance, her studded red-bottomed boots really proved she is, in fact a complete and total badass. She is a doctor might I remind you and totally witty and just about the coolest person you will meet.
While Alex paced around waiting for her at Spice Acres he didn’t even know their beloved doggo, Esther, was secretly waiting for them around the corner for some surprise pictures. She was looking fab-u-lous adorned in a custom floral wreath by Fair Rarity Flowers.
The rest of their day was a dream. They shared custom cocktails in the pine cove hideaway on the farm property, danced under the tent with everyone they loved and there were even more tears to be shed (if you can believe it). It was a beautiful display of love all day long. And thanks to the team from Oak & Honey Event Planning Co. it all came together perfectly.
