I can’t believe it has almost been 10 years since my high school graduation! Time truly does fly. And believe it or not, my mom STILL tears up when we talk about my departure from high school to college. It reminds me that this time is so precious and the memories we capture during your last year in your hometown should represent who you are at this point in life.
So why participate in a senior photo session? To document who you are. Not a pose-y, fabricated, fancy pants version of yourself. The true, authentic YOU. Senior sessions have a tendency to get a bad rep. You look up classic posed portrait sessions and cringe at the thought of placing your hands under your chin as you lay in a field of wildflowers. Well that is not my game. We are going to hang out, explore, dance a little and even make you laugh. Well, I will do my best!
Your wardrobe should be true to who you are. Do you wear a baseball cap? Rock it. Do you love your denim jacket? Wear it! If you spend a lot of time the city on the weekends, let’s go exploring. Or if you are a person who lives for the great outdoors, let’s go into the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Either way, our 90 minutes together should be easy going and fun!
So let’s hang out! If you and your parents want to sit down for a cup of coffee (or whatever it is kids drink these days!) we can make it happen and chat about your vision. Enjoy this last year of school! It absolutely flies by!
